Enterprise Hub & Rollup Reporting

A separate login layer above individual ServiceTitan tenants, for operators running more than one location. Requires its own credentials, its own admin setup, and a minimum tenant count — not a feature toggle inside a normal account.

Enterprise Hub Portal Rollup Reporting My Tenants Multi-location only

Two things trip up first-time setup: Enterprise Hub uses entirely separate credentials from any individual tenant (username, not email), and Rollup Reporting is a distinct configuration step on top of Enterprise Hub itself — enabling one doesn't automatically enable the other.

Setup

Four-step configuration

From eligibility through first sign-in, role permissions, and enabling Rollup Reporting specifically.

1

Confirm eligibility and request access

CSM / Onboarder
  • Minimum two tenants required — single-location operators don't qualify at all.
  • Request through the Customer Success Manager or Onboarder — not self-service.
  • Activation email arrives within 2-3 business days; use Resend in User Management if it's missing, rather than re-requesting.
2

First sign-in

Enterprise Hub Portal
  • First sign-in auto-creates an Administrator user and a Network — this happens automatically.
  • MFA available as an optional add-on during setup.
Not the same login Enterprise Hub uses separate credentials from any tenant — log in with username, not email. This is the most common first-time-user stumbling block.
3

Configure roles and permissions

User Management
  • Create custom roles beyond default Administrator, assign users, select module access per role.
  • Permissions are strictly role-based, managed only by the Administrator — no per-user override.
4

Enable Rollup Reporting specifically

Technical Support
  • Requires a separate account-configuration step through Technical Support — not automatically part of standard Enterprise Hub setup.
  • Assign Rollup-specific permissions separately: View Rollup Reporting, View/Edit/Delete Scheduled Reports, View All Scheduled Reports, View/Edit All Newly Added Datasets, View and Share All Reports.
Silent gap on new tenants Enable "View All Newly Added Datasets" proactively — without it, a newly added location's data won't automatically be visible to rollup users, and nothing flags the gap.

Ongoing use

Core workflows

Cross-tenant reports

Build from templates, run across multiple tenants at once, filter, export — the core value of the system.

Manage & schedule

Configure sharing, schedule automated delivery, push/pull reports between Enterprise Hub and individual tenants.

My Tenants

Day-to-day access to every location from one place instead of logging into each tenant separately.
